The purpose of Semantics is to draw exact meaning of a word. Consider a user typing “ Λογαριασμός ”. It is of outmost importance for the ChatBot to understand the context of the word. As such, it is only logical to assume that the user either wants a new account, or to have access to his account. As such, the ChatBot will reply with a question to better understand the context of the question (e.g.: Ενδιαφέρεστε για άνοιγμα λογαριασμού ή θέλετε να συνδεθείτε για να δείτε τον λογαριασμός σας;)
