Covid-19 Virtual Assistant for Bluestar Ferries, Hellenic Seaways, and Superfast Ferries

Attica Group requested a Virtual Assistant to support the web site visitors of Bluestar Ferries, Superfast Ferries, and Hellenic Seaways in terms of their journey throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. The Virtual Assistant can support both Greek and English language.

Launched in July 2021, the Virtual Assistant has answered more than 60,000 questions. The knowledge base is constantly expanding and will be soon integrating new information.
